Return Policy
Please note that every dress is Made to Order in our studio. We do not keep stock. Therefore please take great care in choosing the correct size to order, as we cannot exchange sizes if the incorrect one has been ordered.
Returns
In the event that you wish to return an item please click here. Please note that we must receive an email within 7 days of your receipt of the item stating the reason(s).
Time Frame
Items must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order to the address below. Do not return item before contacting us via email as we may not be able to accept unexpected deliveries.
Condition
Items must be returned new and unworn with the labels still fully intact and inside their original packaging. It is our policy to return items to the purchaser if we suspect that it has been worn, damaged or used, or have any scent of perfume or deodorant. These items may be deemed as non-refundable and will be returned to the purchaser.
Therefore please take great care trying on the item.
Refund
After a detailed inspection of the item and upon meeting the refund criteria, you will be usually refunded in less than 48 hours.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
