Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

 

Please note that every dress is Made to Order in our studio. We do not keep stock. Therefore we cannot exchange sizes if the incorrect size has been ordered and made. We advise to use our size guide and get measured professionally or use our bespoke service.


We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations for certain goods where the reasons fall within your statutory rights. Contact us within: 7 days of delivery Return items back within: 14 days of delivery The following items can’t be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:


• Custom or personalised orders
• Intimate items such as face masks or earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

Conditions of return

 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any losses incurred. Any returns must be received in original packaging with and tags/labels still attached. There must be no trace of make-up, false tan or any other visible substance. There must be no scent of perfume or deodorant or any other odour. It is our policy to return item to the buyer if we suspect it has been worn damaged or used. Such items will be deemed as non-refundable and will be returned to the purchaser.

 

 

Estimated delivery times

 

As all orders are made to order the average delivery time will be 4-6 weeks.


Depending on a number of factors these time frames may vary. The seller reserves the right to extend/adjust this time frame if needs be. Once dispatched the following shipping periods may apply:


• Ireland. 2-4 Business days
• UK 4-10 Business days
• EU 4-10 Business days
• North America 7-14 Business days
